Trainee Sales Consultant
We’re looking for a motivated trainee to join our friendly & dynamic sales team and build a career in the automotive industry. This role is ideally suited to candidates who are recent school leavers, looking for their first full-time role in a professional setting.
The successful applicant will need to be well presented, self-motivated, energetic, with good communication & time management skills. A genuine flair for customer service will be required. Solid IT skills will be of assistance and a current driver licence mandatory.
This exciting role allows you to offer the full range of Toyota products to our customers. These include the trusted new Toyota Vehicle range, associated Finance, Insurance and Accessories, along with Pre-Owned Vehicles.
While sales experience would be useful, this however is not essential. Sufficient training & support will be provided from experienced Management. There will also be ongoing mentorship from friendly co-workers, to help you achieve success. You must have the drive to learn and keen to be trained from the ground up in a high-performing dealership
Your efforts will be rewarded with an above award retainer, a lucrative commission structure and superannuation paid on all earnings. The ability to work a Saturday morning roster will be necessary and you must hold a current driver’s licence.

Trainee Spare Parts Consultant
We require a friendly and reliable individual to join our growing Spare Parts team. This is a great opportunity for a school leaver who is looking to start their career in the Automotive Industry. Sufficient training and support will be provided, including the guidance through a Certificate II in Automotive Sales (Replacement Parts). This position is full time, spanning Monday to Friday.
The successful applicant would assist with sourcing and ordering of spare parts, receiving spare parts into our warehouse, then dispatching spare parts to internal jobs and to our customers.
The ideal candidate would be process driven, enjoy working with computers and have a keen interest in motor vehicles. They would possess professional communication skills, like working with numbers and demonstrate attention to detail.

Pre-Delivery Technician
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pre-Delivery Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles before they are delivered to our valued customers, ensuring they meet Toyota’s high standards of quality and performance.
Key responsibilities include performing pre-delivery mechanical and quality checks, assisting with the installation of genuine Toyota accessories as per manufacturer guidelines, activating in-vehicle software systems, and fuelling vehicles. You will also work closely with the Pre-Delivery Manager to meet tight ETAs and ensure timely delivery.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ability to take direction and work efficiently with a high level of reliability is essential.
